RichEditControlCompatibility.WriteDefaultRtfFontSize Property

Gets or sets whether the information about the default font size (12pt) should be written to the RTF document code.

Namespace: DevExpress.XtraRichEdit

Assembly: DevExpress.RichEdit.v19.1.Core.dll

Declaration

[DefaultValue(true)]
public static bool WriteDefaultRtfFontSize { get; set; }

Property Value

Type Default Description
Boolean **true**

true, to enable writing the information about the default RTF font size; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The RichEditControl considers the 12pt font size as the default in the RTF document format, regardless of the value specified using the Document.DefaultCharacterProperties settings.

By default, the information about this font size is added to the output document code (the \fs24 keyword). To disable it, set the WriteDefaultRtfFontSize property to false.
