The following tables list members that allow you to access a dashboard item’s underlying and client data.

• WinForms DashboardDesigner

  API	Description
  DashboardDesigner.GetItemData	Returns the client data for the specified dashboard item.
  DashboardDesigner.GetUnderlyingData	Returns underlying data for the specified dashboard item by the specified axis points.
  DashboardItemMouseHitTestEventArgs.Data	Gets the dashboard item’s client data.
  DashboardItemMouseHitTestEventArgs.GetUnderlyingData	Returns underlying data corresponding to the visual element located under the test point.

• WinForms DashboardViewer

  API	Description
  DashboardViewer.GetItemData	Returns the client data for the specified dashboard item.
  DashboardViewer.GetUnderlyingData	Returns underlying data for the specified dashboard item by the specified axis points.
  DashboardItemMouseHitTestEventArgs.Data	Gets the dashboard item’s client data.
  DashboardItemMouseHitTestEventArgs.GetUnderlyingData	Returns underlying data corresponding to the visual element located under the test point.

  API	Description
  DashboardControl.GetItemData	Returns the client data for the specified dashboard item.
  DashboardViewer.GetUnderlyingData	Returns underlying data for the specified dashboard item by the specified axis points.
  DashboardItemMouseActionWpfEventArgs.Data	Gets the data displayed in the dashboard item.
  DashboardItemMouseActionWpfEventArgs.GetUnderlyingData	Returns underlying data related to the visual element located under the test point.

  Client-side API	Description
  ASPxClientDashboard.GetItemData	Returns the client data for the specified dashboard item.
  ASPxClientDashboard.RequestUnderlyingData	Requests underlying data for the specified dashboard item.
  ViewerApiExtension.getItemData	Returns the client data for the specified dashboard item.
