Remarks

The DataItemDeleting event fires when a user confirms the delete operation in the delete confirmation dialog. Handle this event to check user access permissions, delete a data item from the underlying data source, and reload TreeList data.

After a DataItemDeleting event handler is processed, the TreeList removes the data item from the selection. If you do not delete this item from the data source, set the Cancel property to true to keep the item’s selection state.
