Remarks
Use the SaveStateToCookies property to control whether a cookie is used to maintain information about each popup window’s visibility and position (for PopupControl extension); or visibility, an owner zone, position within the zone, allowed dock state, size, and position of a dock panel (for DockPanel extension). If the browser or device supports cookies, then cookies are used to persist this information; otherwise, information is lost between different requests for the same page from the client device’s browser.
When this property is set to true, the PopupControlSettingsBase.SaveStateToCookiesID property can be also used to specify how the information should be persisted in cookies.
