Namespace: DevExpress.Web.Mvc
Assembly: DevExpress.Web.Mvc5.v24.1.dll
NuGet Package: DevExpress.Web.Mvc5
Declaration
Property Value
Type | Description |
---|---|
Boolean | true if information is persisted in cookies; otherwise, false. |
Remarks
Use the SaveStateToCookies property to control whether a cookie is used to maintain information about each panel’s visibility, an owner zone, position within the zone, allowed dock state, size, and position on the page. If the browser or device supports cookies, then cookies are used to persist this information; otherwise, information is lost between different requests for the same page from the client device’s browser.
When this property is set to true, the DockManagerSettings.SaveStateToCookiesID property can also be used to specify how information should be persisted in cookies.
Note
To obtain full information about all DockPanel and DockZone extensions on the page, DockManager should be rendered after them. Otherwise, DockManager cannot affect the panel or zone appearance.
