Needle
A Needle element is used to indicate a particular value in a circular scale. By default, the needle starts at the center of a scale and ends at the current scale’s value.
You can place an unlimited number of needles on a scale. A needle is represented by the ArcScaleNeedle class.
The following image shows a circular gauge with two needles on it.
At design time, you can customize a gauge’s needles using the Preset Manager.
