Options Dialog
The Options dialog allows you to select an external graphics editor and merging tool that you would like to use for editing theme images and merging CSS files respectively.
This dialog box is shown in when you edit an image in ASPxThemeBuilder for the first time, and when you merge CSS files for the first time. You can change the tools later if you click the Tools menu, and then click Options.
