Boolean	true if the member sets up the relation; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The AssociationAttribute attribute provides the name of the relationship and points to the properties used to set up the relation. If this attribute is applied to the member, the IsAssociation property returns true. For detailed information, see Object Relationships.
