Remarks
When handling the VGridControlBase.EndDragRow event, use the Canceled property to find out if the processed drag operation was canceled during execution.
A row drag operation is canceled when the vertical grid control loses focus, for instance after an Alt+Tab keystroke. Pressing the ESC key during row dragging also cancels the performed drag operation. In these cases, the Canceled property is set to true.
If this property is set to false, the drag operation is not canceled. In this case, it is completed by releasing the mouse button after a row has been dragged to a specific place either within or outside of the grid control.
