Parameters

parentForm	Form	A Form relative to which the displayed wait form is positioned.
useFadeIn	Boolean	true to use the fade-in effect when opening the form; otherwise, false.
useFadeOut	Boolean	true to use the fade-out effect when closing the form; otherwise, false.
throwExceptionIfAlreadyOpened	Boolean	true to throw an exception if another form has already been opened; false to suppress this exception.
pendingTime	Int32	The time in milliseconds that should elapse before the form is actually displayed onscreen. If a close command is sent to the form during this time, the form will not be displayed.
