GridView.PressedColumn Property

Gets the column whose header is pressed.

Namespace: DevExpress.XtraGrid.Views.Grid

Assembly: DevExpress.XtraGrid.v18.2.dll

Declaration

[Browsable(false)]
public GridColumn PressedColumn { get; }

Property Value

Type Description
GridColumn

A GridColumn object (or descendant) representing the column whose header is pressed. null (Nothing in Visual Basic) if no column header is pressed at the moment.

Remarks

You can use the GridView.State property to identify which action is being performed by the end-user.

Note

Detail pattern Views do not contain data and they are never displayed within XtraGrid. So, the PressedColumn member must not be invoked for these Views. The PressedColumn member can only be used with real Views that are displayed within the Grid Control. The real Views with which an end-user interacts at runtime can be accessed using the following methods.
