ScrollBars	**Vertical**	A ScrollBars enumeration value indicating whether 0, 1 or 2 are displayed.

Remarks

The ScrollBars property provides a memo editor with horizontal and/or vertical scroll bars. Note: a horizontal scroll bar is not displayed if RepositoryItemMemoEdit.WordWrap is set to true, regardless of the ScrollBars value.
