The options provided by a SpindleCapOptions instance can be accessed via the ArcScale.SpindleCapOptions property of an ArcScale object.

To define the layout of the spindle cap, use the GaugeOptionsBase.ZIndex, SpindleCapOptions.FactorHeight and SpindleCapOptions.FactorWidth properties.
