Remarks

Use the IsUpdateLocked property as a semaphore, signaling that the control is locked for update. It indicates whether the value of an internal counter, used by ResourcesCheckedListBoxControl.BeginUpdate and ResourcesCheckedListBoxControl.EndUpdate methods, is not equal to zero, so that a new modification cannot be initiated.
