The ChangeAppointmentSelection method can be used to make a specific appointment the only selected appointment within the View (that is the SchedulerControl.SelectedAppointments collection will contain only the specified appointment after calling this method).

The values of the SchedulerViewBase.SelectedInterval, SchedulerControl.SelectedInterval and SchedulerControl.SelectedResource properties are changed based on the newly selected appointment’s settings.

Calling the ChangeAppointmentSelection method results in the SchedulerControl.SelectionChanged event being invoked.
