apt	Appointment	An Appointment value which is the event’s appointment. This value is assigned to the EditAppointmentFormEventArgs.Appointment property.
readOnly	Boolean	True, if the appointment form is in read-only mode; otherwise, false.
commandSourceType	CommandSourceType	A CommandSourceType enumeration member that identifies the source of the command which invoked the dialog.
