Int32	An integer value specifying the zero-based index of the row.

Remarks

Use the BottomRowIndex, CellRange.TopRowIndex, CellRange.LeftColumnIndex and CellRange.RightColumnIndex properties to get indexes of rows and columns that border the cell range.

To obtain the number of rows or columns in the cell range, use the CellRange.RowCount or CellRange.ColumnCount property, respectively.
