Remarks
By handling the AppointmentSynchronizer.AppointmentSynchronizing event of classes derived from the AppointmentSynchronizer class, you can change properties of an appointment in MS Outlook or decide whether to cancel the process.
To get access to the OutlookAppointment property, you should cast the AppointmentSynchronizedEventArgs object to the OutlookAppointmentSynchronizingEventArgs type.
