Returns “bReLayoutPartsTreeTopToBottom”. Corresponds to the Top To Bottom item that is contained within the Re-Layout Subordinates ribbon menu. It allows end-users to apply the tree layout algorithm with the LayoutDirection.TopToBottom direction.
