Remarks
The tabs of a TabControl can respond to mouse movement i.e. change their appearance, when the mouse pointer is being moved over them. Use the EnableHotTrack property to control the availability of the hot-tracked state for the tabs when the mouse pointer hovers over them. The style used to represent the hot-tracked state is specified via the AppearanceStyle.HoverStyle property which can be available via the corresponding style settings of a TabControl or a tab (for instance, the TabControlSettingsBase.Styles.Tab or TabBase.TabStyle).
