Remarks

By default, the RenderIFrameForPopupElements property is set to DefaultBoolean.Default, which means that this feature is not initially in effect for all browsers, except Internet Explorer 6 (where the IE6 this feature is enabled by default).

Set the RenderIFrameForPopupElements property to DefaultBoolean.True to render a specific underlayer iframe below popup menus when they are invoked, in order to display them above any Java applets contained within the web page.
