Specifies whether or not to process the event on the server.

Remarks
The processOnServer property allows you to specify where to handle the event:
- false - Handles a user action on the client side without a postback.
- true - Handles the user action on the client side, then goes to the server side.
The processOnServer property gets the true value if you set the AutoPostBack property to true.
