Remarks

Use the AllowCustomColorsInColorPickers property to specify whether end-users can select custom colors in the editor’s color pickers. To control the custom color availability for a particular color button, use the HERibbonColorCommandBase.EnableCustomColors (for ribbon) or ToolbarColorButtonBase.EnableCustomColors (for menu toolbar) property.
