RuleUniqueValueAttribute Properties

Defines a validation rule that demands the target property’s value be unique.
Name Description
CriteriaEvaluationBehavior Specifies whether to look for objects that are currently retrieved from the database, in addition to the objects in the database itself.
CustomMessageTemplate Specifies informational text that is to be added to the exception message when the current Validation Rule is broken. Inherited from RuleBaseAttribute.
FoundObjectMessageFormat Gets or sets the format for specifying information on found objects with the specified property value in the validation error message.
FoundObjectMessagesSeparator Specifies a separator for the object list written in the error message for the current rule.
