If implemented, provides an Azure blob storage customization service.

GetCommonBlobContainer()	If implemented, returns a blob container client instance where additional files should be saved (e.g., document images).
GetDocumentBlobContainer()	If implemented, returns a blob container client instance to store report documents.
GetReportBlobContainer()	If implemented, returns a blob container clientinstance to store report layouts.
