Setting Up and Starting

The WPF Theme Editor does not support the DevExpress WPF Controls 18.2 or later. Use the WPF Theme Designer tool instead.
The Theme Editor is a standalone tool, but it requires you to install DevExpress WPF components. It is not supplied as a part of the DXperience Suite and should be downloaded from our website. This topic describes how to get, install and run the Theme Editor.
Click here to download the Theme Editor tool. In versions prior to v13.1 use this installation - Old Theme Editor.
Run the installation file and follow further instructions of the setup wizard.
When the installation is completed, run the DevExpress.Xpf.ThemeEditor.Launcher.exe file to start the tool.
