Remarks

When an event is raised for a column field‘s value, the columnIndex parameter can be set to a value in the range [PivotFieldImageIndexEventArgs.MinIndex; PivotFieldImageIndexEventArgs.MaxIndex]. The rowIndex parameter can be set to any value in the range [0; PivotGridControl.Cells.RowCount-1].

When an event is raised for a row field‘s value, the rowIndex parameter can be set to a value in the range [PivotFieldImageIndexEventArgs.MinIndex; PivotFieldImageIndexEventArgs.MaxIndex]. The columnIndex parameter can be set to any value in the range [0; PivotGridControl.Cells.ColumnCount-1].

Note

If you call the GetCellValue method while an asynchronous operation is being performed, an exception will be thrown. To determine whether the operation is in progress, use the pivot grid’s IThreadSafeAccessible.IsAsyncInProgress property. For more information, see Asynchronous Mode.
