Namespace: DevExpress.XtraEditors.Repository

Assembly: DevExpress.XtraEditors.v24.1.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Win.Navigation

[DXCategory("Behavior")]
public virtual bool StoreColorAsInteger { get; set; }

Property Value

Type Default Description
Boolean false

true if ColorEdit.EditValue stores the selected color as an integer; false if ColorEdit.EditValue stores it as a System.Drawing.Color structure.

Remarks

The StoreColorAsInteger property specifies how the ColorEdit.EditValue property stores the selected color. If StoreColorAsInteger is set to true, the color is stored as an integer in the ARGB (alpha, red, green and blue ) format.

If the property is set to false, the edit value returns the selected color as a System.Drawing.Color structure.

If you need to retrieve the selected color as a System.Drawing.Color structure regardless of the StoreColorAsInteger value, see the ColorEdit.Color property.
