Remarks
The Reveal effect paints the borders with the radial gradient based on the BorderColor.
The BorderColor property is only in effect if the Mode property is set to Border or BackgroundAndBorder.
The BorderColor property accepts values in the ARGB format. Use the alpha channel to specify the transparency of the color. An alpha value of 255 indicates that the color is completely opaque, and a value of 0 indicates that the color is completely transparent.
