Remarks
For the RichEditControl, this property affects the InsertSimpleListCommand, ToggleSimpleNumberingListCommandBase, and ShowNumberingListFormCommand commands behavior, i.e. the Numbered tab in the Bullets and Numbering dialog functionality.
The DocumentCapability.Default value for the Simple property is equal to DocumentCapability.Enabled, so that the simple numbered lists are available for a document currently loaded in the RichEditControl.
