Parameters

Remarks

The image is resized to fit in the specified range.

The inserted picture has FloatingObject.Placement set to Placement.MoveAndSize.

Use the PictureCollection.AddPicture(SpreadsheetImageSource, CellRange) overload instead of this overload on non-Windows environments.
