Nullable<Boolean>	True to catch exceptions; false to allow exceptions to propagate; if null or not set, no effect.

Remarks

You can explicitly set the CatchExceptions property to override the behavior specified in ZipArchive.Read method calls and in the ZipArchive constructor. Once set, it affects all ZipArchive instances. If true, exceptions are intercepted, if false, exceptions are allowed to propagate.
