Executes the InsertTableOfEquationsCommand command.

Remarks

The RichEditCommands.insertTableOfFigures command generates a table based on numbered labels, which have been added to equations via RichEditCommands.insertFiguresCaption.

This command adds the { TOC \h \c “Equation”} field code at the current position in the document.
