Data Shaping and Manipulation

The topics in this section describe the ASPxTreeList’s data analysis features.

  • Data Summaries

    You can calculate aggregate functions against all values within a column, or column values within node groups. The ASPxTreeList offers 5 built-in aggregate functions. Custom aggregate functions can be implemented via event handlers.

  • Sorting

    Programmatic or end-user sorting against an unlimited number of data columns in ascending or descending order.

  • Filtering

    End-users can specify complex filter conditions for one or more columns within ASPxTreeList using built-in filter dropdowns and editors.
