Parameters

targetObject	Object	An object which is the validation rule’s target object.
propertyName	String	A string which is the name of the validation rule’s target property.
propertyValue	Object	An object which is the validation rule’s target property value.
serviceProvider	IServiceProvider	An object that implements the IServiceProvider interface.

Returns

Boolean	true, if the value is considered empty; otherwise - false.

Remarks

By default, empty values are:

• a null value;
• a zero length string;
• a DateTime value equal to DateTime.MinValue;
• an IEmptyCheckable value with the IEmptyCheckable.IsEmpty property set to true.
