Boolean	True if the progress bar keeps its position when a page scrolls; otherwise, false.

Remarks

When KeepOnVisibleArea is true, the progress bar retains its position in the browser window when the user scrolls the window.

When KeepOnVisibleArea is false, the progress bar scrolls along with the window contents.
