    Property Value

    Type Description
    String

    The name of a JavaScript function used to handle the BeforeRender event.

    Remarks

    The BeforeRender event allows you to perform any action before the Web Document Viewer is rendered.

    You can also use this event to customize the Web Document Viewer’s View Model before it is bound to an HTML element and/or Knockout binding is activated.

    The handler function receives two parameters: the first parameter is the client-side Document Viewer (the event sender) and the second parameter is the current View Model.

    The following code handles the BeforeRender event to specify the Document Viewer’s zoom level:

    window.ReportingViewerCustomization = {
        //Change default Zoom level
        onBeforeRender: function(s, e) {
            //-1: Page Width
            //0: Whole Page
            //1: 100%
            e.reportPreview.zoom =-1;
        }
    }
