When the SchedulerStorage.EnableSmartFetch property is on, the FetchOnVisibleResourcesChanged property allows you to decide whether to raise the SchedulerStorage.FetchAppointments event when visible resources are changed.

The recommended (default) value is true to ensure that all appointments belonging to visible resources are loaded.
