| Name | Description |

| Left | The left edge of text after the tab will be lined up with the tab stop. |
| Center | The center of the text after the tab will be lined up with the tab stop. |
| Right | The right edge of text after the tab will be lined up with the tab stop. |
| Decimal | If the text after the tab is a number with a decimal point, the decimal point is lined up with the tab stop. |

You can pass TabAlignmentType values to the TabInfo.Alignment property.

Use the ParagraphPropertiesWithTabs.BeginUpdateTabs method to get access to the collection of TabInfo objects for the current paragraph and specify their alignment type via the TabInfo.Alignment property.
