The PopupShowing event's data class is PopupShowingEventArgs. The following properties provide information specific to this event:

ContentUrl	Gets a URL that will be assigned to the ASPxPopupControlBase.ContentUrl property of the displayed popup.
PopupControl	Gets the XafPopupWindowControl object that manages the ASPxPopupControl used to display popup windows in ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
ShowViewSource	Gets the object providing access to the popup window’s source Action.
SourceFrame	Gets the parent Window for the current popup.
