Remarks

This module adds a handler to the ReportDesignExtensionManager.CustomizeReportExtension event in its static constructor to provide Repositories and Repository Items for report parameters. Use the ReportsWindowsFormsModuleV2.CreateCustomReportDesignRepositoryItem event to specify your custom repository items.
