The WebMapsPropertyEditor is implemented in the Maps Module. It displays a marker corresponding to the current property on an interactive map using the dxMap widget.
The IModelCommonMemberViewItem.PropertyEditorType property of the Views | DetailView|Items | ViewItem is set to WebMapsPropertyEditor automatically for reference properties of the IMapsMarker type.
The WebMapsPropertyEditor uses the MapViewer control available using the WebMapsPropertyEditor.MapViewer property.
