Common	The ShowViewStrategyBase.ShowView method is invoked from a Frame that displays a root View.
Nested	The ShowViewStrategyBase.ShowView method is invoked from a Frame that dispays a nested View.
Lookup	The ShowViewStrategyBase.ShowView method is invoked from a lookup Window.
