Parameters

Name	Type	Description
attribute	Attribute	Attribute object that specifies the attribute to be applied.
skipRefresh	Boolean	true, if the Types Info Subsystem should not reload information from XPDictionary immediatelly; otherwise, false. If you set skipRefresh to true, then you should call the XafMamberInfo.Refresh method for each updated member.
