Remarks
This method is designed for internal use. It is used to clone all the Controllers that are defined in the Application Model to be registered within a newly created Frame.
Generally, you do not need to use this method. You may need to override it in your Controller class descendant, but only if it requires additional operations to be performed for its clones.
