Nullable<ViewItemVisibility>	A Nullable<ViewItemVisibility> enumeration value specifying the visibility of UI elements affected by a conditional appearance rule.

Available values:

Name	Description
Hide	Specifies that UI elements affected by a conditional appearance rule are hidden, and the Detail View’s layout is rearranged.
ShowEmptySpace	Specifies that empty space is displayed instead of UI elements affected by a conditional appearance rule, when AppearanceAttribute.AppearanceItemType is set to ViewItem or LayoutItem. In XAF ASP.NET Web Forms and Blazor applications, this mode functions like the ViewItemVisibility.Hide mode.
Show	Specifies that UI elements affected by a conditional appearance rule remain visible (has effect in List View only).

To change the Visibility value in code, access the required Property Editor instance and then cast it to the IAppearance type. Most of built-in Property Editors support this interface.
