Boolean	true if the padding should be obtained from a style; false if the padding should be obtained from the control’s Padding property.

Remarks

By default, the UsePadding property is set to true, which means that if any style is assigned to a control’s via its XRControl.Styles property, then the control’s padding is obtained from this style. If you want the padding to be determined by a report control, not by its style, set the UsePadding property to false.
