Parameters

sender	Object	An object of any type that triggers an event associated with the property’s value changes.
e	ChangeEventArgs	An object of the ChangeEventArgs class that provides data for the events associated with the property’s value changes.

Remarks

When you create a ChangeEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the events. To associate the events with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the events. The event handler is called whenever the events occur, unless you remove the delegate.
