Import Themes

You can import color schemes created with the WPF Theme Editor.

Tip

Create a new theme in the WPF Theme Designer to import and edit a standard DevExpress theme.

Follow the steps below if you have a color scheme created with the Theme Editor:

1. create a theme from a color scheme
2. import this theme.

Follow the next steps to import a theme created with the WPF Theme Editor:

1. Open the Import tab.
2. Specify the Theme Editor‘s theme path.
3. Select the Theme Designer theme’s output folder.
4. Click Import.

Theme Designer can prompt you to resolve conflicts. Resolve all merge conflicts to complete the import and continue to edit a theme in the Theme Designer. Refer to the Resolve Merge Conflicts topic for more information.
