Remarks

If the VGridOptionsSelectionAndFocus.MultiSelectMode property is set to MultiSelectMode.RowSelect, end-users can select multiple grid rows, including category rows. The SelectedCategory property provides access to appearance settings used to paint selected category rows. In the figure below, category rows are painted using a custom background color.
